The Troika Dragon was the dragon of order and was the most powerful dragon in existence. He was the older brother of Urgash and Drascair. He was trapped in a flute that can only be used by the Dragon Emperor to be summoned to grant any wish he chooses. He was said to nearly as powerful as Vincent Thompson. He was sealed away in the Troika Flute.
