CID

CID stands for Cursed Individual Dragons. They were a race of mutated reptilian magic users, who were created by Morpheus under the order of Zyuse Xinjiang. There was Scorch, who managed to convert people and create a lot of CIDs. They were in the final battle of the First Order, after which they became permanent residents of the Dragon World. The CID's were inducted to be a member of the Council of Scales by Kakache Xinjiang.
