Also called Dragon-turtles. This is a race of mutated reptillians created secretly by Morpheus under command of Zyuse. They appear to be reptilians in a very tough shell with the ability to undergo aerial, land and underwater attacks. They are a member of the Council of Scales. They inhabit reside in Dragon World in Chelecce.
