This is a quincy with a deity status. Thunderlord are not controlled by Cybermeks instead they are scared of them. Thunderlords resides in heaven and the most powerful one is the king of the gods like Zoronder. They are sometimes called thunder wizards because their abilities very mysterious and can match up with magic. They have command over Raijus and Thunderbirds plus high-levels can assume the form of a thunderbird and maybe a raiju.
